About

Our 107 acres property is dedicated to Biodynamic farming and preservation of the natural ecosystem. We have about 350 fruit and nut trees, a large garden. We raise mainly Heritage Breeds . We have Jersey and Scottish Highland cattle, Babydoll Southdown sheep, Lamancha goats and Tamworth pigs. We also have a Belgian draft horse that we use to move stuff around the farm. We also are breeding Siberian cats and Afghan Hounds. We raise chicken, ducks, geese and quails for meat and for eggs. We are committed to seed saving and are growing mostly heirlooms varieties including 75 varieties of garlic. We have an apprenticeship/internship program in activity year round and offer public conferences throughout the year on topics like pruning, Biodynamic farming etc... We sell chicken, duck and geese eggs.
