What Personal Information (PIO) Do We Collect?

Top 10 Fresh, hereafter referred to as "we", or "the Site",
does collect personally identifiable information (also known as PIO) from
registered members.
This information is used in a manner that adds the most convenience and value
to the users of our site. PIO is not shared with any third
party. The following is a list of the information collected.
- When registering as a site member: a verifiable email address, so that
any member who violates the Terms Of Use policy may be contacted.
This email address may be stored as a cookie.
Indirectly, we also collect any other information that the member
adds voluntarily to their Member Profile for the express purpose of
sharing that information with other members. The member can, of course,
edit/remove that information at any time.
- In addition, we may in the future log all member information made available when
a user signs onto interactive pages of our site (as for example, when submitting
reviews), including but not limited to IP address, URL of the Web page the member
was on before visiting the Site, the member's browser version, the content of
registration forms, surveys, cookie data, and any other communication transmitted

find ways to improve the member's experience. We will never sell, share, or rent this

we will alert registered members by email, provided that for a given member a valid
email address is available to us.

Any PIO collected and stored in a Member Profile can be edited by the
member at any time simply by clicking on the "Profile" link presented
in the navigation bar and logging in.

A cookie is a string of text stored on the member's hard drive which may
contain information about the member and which is sent by the member's browser
back to the site which issued the cookie each time the member revisits that site.
Such information might represent the member's login name, or the date of their
last visit. We use cookies to facilitate automatic logins and for prefilling forms
for your convenience.

What Happens If Our Privacy Policy Changes?

If our privacy policy changes we will alert registered members to this fact
by email, provided that for a given member a valid email address is available to us.
Material policy changes will either be included in the notification, or a link
will be provided to a page that points out the changes.
