About
In 1982, after we lost more than half our orchard during a very difficult winter, we decided to diversify and thus planted 1,400 pear trees and 250 plum trees. Customers have been able to pick their own products for nearly 20 years, but only by 1988 did this option really catch on. Customers have been coming to the orchard ever since to pick their own apples, pears and plums.
Come to Verger Ferland and pick your own fruit (apples, pears and plums), take a tractor ride, go hiking through our wooded trail and admire the scenery that stretches out over 30 kilometres.
