About

We grow vegetables, flowers, and herbs in our three small gardens, which comprise a total of about one acre. I choose to grow primarily heirloom, open-pollinated varieties of vegetables, which have wonderful, unique flavors and colors. My greatest interest lies in the concept of "food as medicine", and my passion for live/raw & plant-source nutrition inspires me in everything I grow. The aesthetic pleasure of food and the environment where it is grown and harvested is an integral part of the big picture of well-being in relation to our food and the healing of ourselves and our planet.
