New Immigrant Ag Project now independent of our trainers at the May Farm (MN) and Big River Farms. Organically grown produce. Weekly summer garden baskets of typical midwestern veggies plus Latino and Asian vegies, herbs, flowers, recipes... Monthly fall/winter baskets. Starting a four-season harvest plan - Eliot Coleman style with lots of greens and root crops from our root cellar. Colored egg and poultry shares. Livestock plan for 2010 summer. Vineyard's first field blend in 2008.
Multicultural family cooperative small farm, ten acres, seeking food indepence with a real food system. Permaculture approach to gardens, vineyard, brambles, orchard and poultry. Seeking members, interns and volunteers for our CSA. Freedom Farm's start-up CSA has years of training and five experienced growers from Africa, Latin America and here the American Mid-West. We offer lots of garden vegetables that your Grandma would have enjoyed and add in some of our cultural specials with recipes.
