About
We had become one of the largest producers of organic vegetables and flowers in the upper mid-west. Our CSA has grown to include over 400 families last year. Over the years we have consistently met the constant challenges of farming and have managed to produce generally high quality produce organically, without using dangerous chemicals that would harm you, the environment and us. Our apprenticeship program has produced four new farmers who are currently running their own farms. We have been mentors to many other small-scale farmers, near and far, who have sought our counsel and guidance. Lastly, we have become a known and trusted institution within our community providing real food, grown with care and integrity.
