Sam's has live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays (May thru September) and recorded funky music throughout the week. Owner and creator Andrew Parks brings many years of restaurant experience to Annapolis Culinary Concepts LLC. Andrew has owned and operated two uniquely different restaurants.
