2011 FEES
10’x10’ Space Fee $15 per day. No space sharing. Payment due on Friday, one week prior to the Friday of The Market. Fees are non-refundable. Vendors must be pre-approved by the market manager.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Vendors must setup no later than 8:30 am and must be vacated no later than 2:00 pm. Vendors to provide their own setup. Canopies and umbrellas must be securely attached.

California grown produce & hand crafted items such as:
• Hand made arts & crafts
• Collectibles
• Specialty Items not available in stores
• Soaps, incense, lotions etc.
• No yard sale, junk items or imports

Cash or Credit Card/Paypal (see website)
RULES & REGULATIONS
All retail vendors are required, by law, to operate with a resale number. If you do not have one you must contact the Board of Equalization at (951) 680-6400 or www.boe.ca.gov to apply.
If you already have a resale certificate you must add the address of the Baldwin Lake Farmers’ Market to the sale location. The market location is 45437 Lucky Baldwin Ranch Road, Big Bear City, CA 92314. Each vendor is responsible for their own sales taxes.
It will be at the Market Manager’s sole discretion as to which vendors will be allowed to participate in the market.
All vendors are to be previously approved by the Market Manager before participating in the market.
Management is not responsible for sales or lack there of.
By being present you agree to all rules, laws, regulations and agreements set forth by the Baldwin Lake Farmers’ Market in its entirety. It is the vendors responsibility to know what those rules and regulations are.
