Lilyvale Farm is a family owned farm located about 12 miles outside of North Pole, close to Eielson Air Force Base. Established in 1997, we have 30 acres with 17 cleared and in production. We grow garden vegetables, asparagus, Tolklat strawberries, Kiska raspberries, Saskatoons, currents, and other berries as well as peonies and cut flowers. From our berries we make jams, jellies, and syrups, and our bees make honey as well. We also use our local produce in pies and breads and can be found every Saturday during the summer at the Tanana Valley Farmers Market. We do farm tours for local schools, gardening enthusiasts, and tourists and specialize in European language tours.
