Our family team includes Jon, Lisa, Tim, Emily, Sarah, Steven, and Samantha.
Our farm's main business is dairying. Nearly 100 cows are milked twice a day. The milk from these cows is shipped every other day to Organic Valley for processing. In the warm months our cows graze the green rolling hills of the farm.
In addition to the dairy, the Zweber Farm raises chickens, beef, and pork and direct markets the meat to local families. We pride ourselves on our ability to humanely raise quality wholesome meat, and to farm our land using organic sustainable practices.
We are proud members of the Organic Valley Coop, Minnesota Grown, Land Stewardship Project, the Farm Bureau, and the Farmer's Union.
