Business Detailed:  Evening phone:( 209) 267-5506 Susan Bragstad started Amador Olive Oil Co in 1995 . That year she picked her first crop of olives, which produced three quarters of a ton. Since then the size of Susan's harvest has increased steadily. In 2003 the harvest was five tons, half of which came from Susan's own farm. The trees she harvests are not sprayed or treated with chemicals. Immediately after harvesting, each ton of olives is hauled to Sciabicas in Modesto for crushing and bottling. Amador Olive Oil is unfiltered and extra virgin.
