We raise animals naturally, outside on pasture. Currently, we are raising pork, beef, rabbit, chicken, eggs, ducks, guinea fowl, and goats, rotating pastures and treating our animals humanely and with respect.
Our pork is fed a combination of milk, grain, quality hay and pasture, a combination that produces a flavorful and delicious meat. Our meat birds are also pasture-raised, eating grasses and scratching around for bugs with supplemental grains to round out their diet.
We are working on developing a meat CSA.
