Though not certified organic, this farm raises sheep and lamb that are fed from pastures that are rotationally grazed and untreated with pesticides or other chemicals. The animals are not given any antibiotics or hormones. They also offer an aged Icelandic sheep's milk cheese called Catskill Mountain Tomme, as well as raw fleeces and yarn.
