We grow vegetables and greens on about one and a half acres near Niwot, CO and have our greenhouse in Lafayette, CO. All our crops are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides nor pesticides. We use compost and cover crops to maintain fertility, and minimal tillage with light machinery to avoid compaction and erosion. Damage from pests or disease is minimized through our crop selection and rotations, and the use of row covers. And as of August 25, 2010 we are now Certified Organic.
