Covered Bridge Gardens is a family run producer of high quality fruits and vegetables. We are moving in the direction of natually produced fruits and vegetables that takes into consideration the entire bio system. This will gives us the highest quality, nutrient dense vegetables that are lacking from todays large scale producers.
We started in the vegetable business in 2001 after being in the dairy industry for 35 years. Mick, Kay and son Steve Prochko strive to provide gormet quality produce to our customers. This includes CSA's, resturants and farmers' markets in the North-East Ohio area. We are also major suppliers to the Cleveland City Fresh program.
In 2005 we purchased a pecan orchard in Arizona and began suppling our customers with fresh picked pecans.
These are availible starting the end of December each year. We use only fresh pecans and the best ingredients in our pecan candies.
