Cottingham Farm in has transitioned from feed corn and soy to healthful sustainably grown and locally distributed fruits, vegetables and herbs. We grow our crops in the soil in high tunnels as well as in fields in order to extend the seasons and lessen the impact of increasingly inclement weather conditions. Our customers include a well-known natural and whole foods grocer, and select local restaurants and caterers and, in 2010, we plan to return to the Easton Farmers Market. We have adopted many sustainable practices so that the operations of the farm can have a positive impact on the environment.
