I offer free Friday delivery of farm products in Fillmore, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winnesheik counties. I sell free range eggs with deep yellow yolks and great taste. The hens forage the farm eating insects and grass. I also sell various cuts of grass fed lamb. Leg of Lamb, rack of lamb, loin chops and kabob meat are a few- call for more details. The sheep are moved every three days to fresh pasture using a solar electrified netting and are processed in a federally inspected facility. In 2010, I'll have asparagus, honey and culinary garlic.
