Edible Twin Cities is a quarterly publication that promotes the abundance of local foods in the Twin Cities area and surrounding communities. We celebrate the family farmers, chefs, food artisans, farmers' market vendors and other food-related businesses for their dedication to using the highest quality, seasonal, locally grown products.
