Our vegetables are grown organically, our hens are free-range, and our farm is always open to our members. An example Spring season share might include broccoli, Chioggia beets, Yellowstone carrots, head lettuce, Rainbow chard, Tuscan kale, French breakfast radishes, flat leaf parsley and green garlic. An example Summer season share might include heirloom tomatoes, Genovese basil, cilantro, zucchini, Kentucky Wonder beans, Golden beets, Rainbow chard, and a red or yellow onion. An example Fall season share might include cherry tomatoes, arugula, Early Wonder beets, cauliflower, a butternut squash, fingerling potatoes and a head of garlic.
