Four hundred Patterson Apricots not certified as organic, but the trees are not sprayed with pesticides or chemically fertilized. The U-pick season is from late June thru early July. All the trees are harvested from the ground without ladders, and it is necessary for all customers to bring their own buckets and boxes for picking and transportation home. The apricots are weighed, and sold by the pound at the current market prices.
On a part time basis we operate a small u-pick apricot farm. A portion of the crop is donated to local charities, and on an appointment basis, we schedule small groups of people for U-picking Patterson Apricots.
