Here at Sawmill Creek Farms we're attempting local, sustainable, small-scale agriculture where the suburbs meet the pines. Spring production includes vegetable, herb and flower starts, along with salad mixes, cole crops and cut flowers. In summer, we offer seasonal favorites like heirloom tomatoes, speciality peppers, beans, squash and garlic. Come fall, we usually collapse. We currently share our bounty at several local farmers markets, as well as Stratton's Market, a well-loved Paradise institution. We hope, in the upcoming years, to offer a CSA program, and create a website where we can sell our dried tomatoes, paprika powders, and other specialty products.
